HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

I hope that everyone had a blessed and fabulous Mother's Day! I had a really good one, which started off with breakfast in bed, cooked and served by my oldest daughter, Deondra. Delicious!!!

Then I was greeted by all the kids with their cards. I love all the artwork and the effort that went into them.

After church, they gave me the cards that they made at church, plus all the mothers got a goody bag from the church.

My aunt prepared a big dinner at my cousin's house, and when we got there, my family gave me a few more surprises. I got a bag of Ghiradelli dark chocolates with raspberry filling (in the photo above), the cutest crystal penquin from the boys and a balloon that has a recorded message of all the kids saying "Happy Mother's Day" and then it plays "How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You"!!! I was so thrilled!

Last Saturday I got my dream purse from Hubby (greatest on hubby earth). Wow!!! Yay me!

That was my day! It was awesome and I feel so special! I'm ending this post with a picture of the greatest mother ever! She's been gone 11 years, but so much of her is instilled in me. She was a true Proverbs 31 woman and I live my life the way she lived hers. She was a true inspiration and left a legacy to be proud of. I look forward to seeing her again one day!

Be Blessed!!!

    The food makes me hungry!

The cards are great and isn't it nice to be presented cards on Mother's Day. Makes a Momma happy.
